What we can help with

  • Which bake to choose for an age, a hand size or a gift.
  • How a squishy should feel, smell and rise.
  • Corrections to anything on this site, from a size to a scent.

What the partner store handles

Orders are placed, paid for and shipped by the partner store, so questions about a specific parcel, delivery date, refund or replacement are fastest answered from the order page in your account there. We cannot see or change orders.

When you write to us, tell us which squishy you have (the name on its page is perfect) and, if something is wrong, a photo helps us answer properly.
