Sliced Toast — Chocolate
Cocoa-dark toast with bright berries that pop against the crumb.
About the sliced toast
The toast slice is the flattest thing we bake: a little over an inch thick, so it slips into a pencil case or a jacket pocket and still gives a full slow rise.
The fruit topping is raised, so there is something to press on the front and a smooth crumb on the back. Collectors tend to keep more than one colour.
