Same mould as the golden loaf, baked a shade darker: a cocoa-brown braid that looks like brioche pulled from the oven a minute late, in the best way.
The darker crust shows off every fold of the braid, which is why collectors photograph this one more than the others. Under the paint it is the same dense PU foam, slow enough that you can watch the dents fill back in.
It carries a warm, sweet bread scent rather than chocolate, so the room smells like a bakery and not a candy shop. It has been reported as one of the slowest risers people own, and a few buyers mention giving it as a report-card prize.
